posters Commentary To Help With Your Purchase
| Election day posters, who's gonna clean it? I hope the candidates will | | Since the candidates and their supporters were the ones posting those posters all over the city, I hope that they too will be diligent in taking them out. Seriously, I've got no problems in helping cleaning the surroundings but I'm just thinking where are these candidates now that the elections are done. It has been the same story every after elections, the surroundings seems to be so dirty and messy to look at because of the posters everywhere. In our area, we did the cleaning ourselves and I've seen in the news reports that the police are cleaning the surroundings too but isn't it supposed to be the responsibility of those who posted it to take and clean it after the elections? I know that it's just a very petty thing and maybe I'll get responses such as "there are a lot of more important things that we'd attend to" if I bring this up to officials. But thinking otherwise, if it's just a very petty thing, then why can't they do it themselves? It's petty after all.It would take just a few hours to post hundreds or even thousands of posters but how come that it would take about a month or even more to clean it up. | |
| | Who's going to take out the posters now? | | I dont like elections! Candidates who are running for a position is good only before the election but they already forget about their responsibilities in taking out the posters they have pasted on walls and posters nailed on trees. I hate to think that they dont mind taking all those trash. I dont know if there's ever a candidate who had the initiative to hire someone to take out their posters. I think they should focus on this too and not just about winning. I think it will make them a winner if they would also be responsible enough to do these things. What do you think? Did you ever have it in your mind too that candidates should also be responsible for taking away their posters? st a very petty thing, then why can't they do it themselves? It's petty after all.It would take just a few hours to post hundreds or even thousands of posters but how come that it would take about a month or even more to clean it up. | |
| | Does your room surrounded by posters or pictures?Or nothing? | | I like to put up some posts in my room. And all of them are someone I am interested in.For example, some NBA stars,my favourite actess and my best-loved singers. But my roommates are different from me.One of them put up a lot of pictures around her bed.And it's almost her and her friends pictures. So what's your room? Do you like to put up some posters like me or some pictures you like? Maybe nothing?Just share it with me.[em]happy[/em] | |
| | Too much election posters on the walls.. Would you still vote for them? | | I have observed that every time when election comes most of the walls are filled with campaign posters and papers. I don't quite get it why would people glue one block of walls with election posters with the size of a small bond paper. Imagine how much paper they would be sticking to fill up all those walls. Sometimes i think it really makes our walls dirty and why do they even need to fill it all up, would 5 or 10 posted be not enough for people to see those campaign posters?
Sometimes i think that it is not even worth voting for those people who make our walls dirty by sticking too much campaign posters because they don't even care about making the walls dirty how much more if they are already elected in position.
Sometimes i also think that it is really not their fault because its the people who support them or the people they pay for who place too much campaign materials on wall and they don't even bother cleaning up those mess even when election is finished.Have you also observed this too?
Would you still vote for those people who have lots of campaign posters that make our walls dirty?
Would you still plan on voting those... | |
| | | I'm afraid of political posters | | My house was newly painted and its not on jeopardy because some poster boys might stick political campaign posters to my walls and my gate. I'm also afraid of the stickers because they can damage paint. If you caught poster boys campaign posters on your house, are you going to confront them. If I caught one I will be kicking their butts. I still remember on the last election my gate was bombarded by posters. d they don't even bother cleaning up those mess even when election is finished.Have you also observed this too?

| | Election posters -- would u allow people to post election materials in ur homes? | | With the start of the campaign period and with election nearing to its date in our country, we are in the usual sight of campaign materials everywhere. We see them posted on trunk of trees, walls, fences and everywhere. They come in big or small streamers or small or huge ads pasted on flat surfaces.Would you allow people (who work for candidates) to post election and campaign materials in your homes? Why or why not? | |
| | Do You Still Have Posters On the Walls? | | I've just been catching up on blogging my 1985 Diary and noticed that I acquired a couple of posters off a friend of mine. I was only 19 and the only poster (we) have now is a signed Star Trek Nemesis one, framed that is only a couple of feet away from this computer! I like it because it has Tom Hardy as one of the autographs, plus Patrick Stewart and Brent Spiner. Hubby bid for it on one of his Vegas trips (before I came along) so I've inherited it, I suppose.Posters I had in my teens would be (predominantly), Marillion with Fish, AC/DC, Motorhead, Mick Jagger, Bon Jovi, etc. Before that I had two rather nice Starsky and Hutch posters![em]blush[/em]d they don't even bother cleaning up those mess even when election is finished.Have you also observed this too?

| | Can You See The 3D Images In Those Magic Eye Posters? | | I don't know what's wrong with me but I just can't see them. I'm talking about those Magic Eye patterned posters wherein there's a hidden 3D image if you look long enough. I've been trying hard for years but I still can't see anything. Sometimes I would stare at it for a long time until my head hurts. I envy those who can see them. Can you? | |
| | movie posters in my entertainment room | | i'm putting this discussion here to get the ideas and suggestions of my fellow movie buffs. i'm finally able to clear space and get an entertainment room set up. nothing too fancy... lcd screen, blu ray player, surround system, video consoles, plus my dvd and video game collection. i'm planning to spice up the room with theater posters and i figure i can put in at least 10 or 12 posters (mounted and framed in glass) around the room. i already have the following posters as these are some of my favorite movies:the godfather
taxi driver
platoon
gladiator
pulp fiction
star wars
great expectations
almost famous
there's something about mary
ten things i hate about you now my question is, if you were to have a choice of five movie posters to have in your possession as displays in your room, what would these be? discuss.cheers!!!d they don't even bother cleaning up those mess even when election is finished.Have you also observed this too?
