| | What Christmas gifts have you already received? | | it was our Christmas party last Thursday and boy, did i enjoy it to the max!^__^first off, i received tons of gifts from officemates and even from the bosses and even half of it don't really suit my taste, they are still gifts after all and its the thought that counts!^__^ and then, i really loved half of it and that balanced the whole thing! LOL one of my officemates gave me my very first monokuro boo item!!! it is such a cute mirror. and then, receiving things in pink simply makes me happy since pink is my favorite color. LOLnot only that, we won in the Christmas presentation contest! our dance number was the first among all but i know it wasn't really the dance. it was equal with the second placer. we only inched with our costumes. i hope you can see it in the picture.^__^ the prize doesn't really matter to me. winning as first was what mattered to me. i literally jumped in joy when the results were announced. LOLand! as some of you know, we took a surprise exam a month ago and the results were only announced during our Christmas party. i topped it.^__^ and i got a separate gift for that.i wouldn't want to start Christmas in another way than this!... | |

Was there any gift that you could not get for someone?
If it was your child,how will you explain to them that santa did not bring something that they had particularly asked for?
Im thinking that is going to be really difficult to do,especially if their friends parents managed to get it.

| | what did you-all receive for Christmas gifts this year? | | hello all of my good friends here at Mylot!i just wanted for everybody to drop by here and let me know what they received as their christmas gifts this year. i got alot of things that i needed and also wanted as well. i got a new plush tote bag with wheels, a new Wilton cake carrier for when i go back to my cake decorating classes in the Spring, i received two different pairs of earrings, a new lightweight jacket that i like to wear around the house when it is cold, lol, a stocking full of candies and goodies in it, a new bedspread, it is really pretty and has a quilted like pattern on it and things like that, i also got a pizza pan and some kitchen utensils.so, tell me, what did you-all get for Christmas this year?thanks for sharing! | |

| | Shopping for CHRISTMAS gifts in MARCH | | I know it sounds crazy. Christmas is still 9 months away. It is still winter here and you might think... "what the heck is she talking about Christmas this early? The fruit cake in the ref has not been touched yet!" LOL.Well, it's normal to me. I start shopping for Christmas gifts as early as "after New Year's Day". Yup, when people are all taking their time out of shopping. When people are still unwrapping their gifts and some are still receiving gifts.Why? Because...
1. There are lots of sale all over the place and we are not talking about 50% off... it is always 75% or more on almost all items. I saves me a lot of money.
2. There are less people shopping. I hate crowd that is why it is more convenient to me.
3. There is no line in the cashier. Again, it is more convenient. I hate waiting.
4. It saves me a lot of worries when Christmas comes. Now I only forcus on the food and other stuff for the stockings.
5. I get to relax on Christmas season, when all the people are frantic and crazy and panicking, I am enjoying a day in a Spa. LOLWell, it sounds really crazy but I do it anyway, and I love it. What do you think? Am I crazy? | |

I don't know exactly what I am going to make yet, but I am going to start within the next month or two. I will probably make an array of things from blankets to jewelry. What about you? | |
