Artifical Christmas Trees Commentary To Help With Your Purchase
| | | Tis the season ... Please at least read this (it's kinda long) | | With the holidays coming up a lot of people are buying gifts & donating to charity. In high school I always looked forward to helping others out during this time. But this year things have gotten a litte stressful, and I haven't been able to take charity as far as I like.My son is 14 months old, I have a 4 month old who is still in the NICU after having 70% of her small intestine removed & I am pregnant again & have a cyst covering about 12 my left ovary (very painful). But I am trying to get a toy drive started for the children in Medical City Dallas, in the NICU. They need rattles, teethers, books, lights & sounds mobiles, batteries for mobiles, baby swings, artifical Christmas trees w/ lights (helps them focus on far away objects), blankets, socks, and clothes for 0-6months (it gets cold up there), even plastics toy boxes. They can't have teddy bears or other stuffed animals because it can cause an infection & kill them. But some parents can't visit every day, and so some of these babies will be spending the holidays alone.:(I just wanted to share this info. Please let me know if there is a good way to get a toy drive started & be successful. It's these babies first... | |
